"Mommy" job

In 2005, I became a mommy.
"Mommy" was a new job that I did not even know if I could handle it well.
"Mommy" job has required me for not having enough sleeping time, being so busy for almost 24 hrs, being tense whenever my baby moves, and..............
"Mommy" job changes my schedules on weekends from dating with Hiro into staying home most of the time.
Again.....I became a mommy a few months ago.
Now, "Mommy" job is a job that I enjoy all the time.
"Mommy" job makes me feel proud of being a big toy to Kiana and Hoku.
"Mommy" job brings me back again to enjoy the happy childhood that I almost forget during the past years.

Thank you, Kiana and Hoku for being my babies.

Thank you, Kiana and Hoku for kissing me back and smiling to me when I have a bad mood.

Thank you, Kiana and Hoku for sharing every amazing moment to me.

I love you forever and ever.

Some thoughts about Hawaii

I miss the scent of the flowers on the breeze.........
that divine moment when you walk past a ginger tree with the blue sky overhead and the sunshine in your eyes, and you just catch a beginning wiff of frangrance and you know that the rest is coming..............

then you continue on your way to the beach, where there are always the sounds of children laughing and waves crashing.................

a sense of calm and peace that overtakes you and you feel like you could be so happy just sitting on the beach for hours just staring at the ocean and the people playing.........

想念沙灘的味道
想念Hiro古銅色的肌膚

The best time for Mai

Since Mai was born in Hawaii, we guess that she is a true "little Hawaiian" because she loves to be in the water all the time. Ever since Mai was a little baby, she loves to shower and never cries when we give her a bath. When we were in Hawaii, Mai got a lot of opportunities to swim either in the poor or near by the beach. She also got a bath twice a day (since we live in the TVA, we did not have to pay bills for water.........:p)

Hiro and I usually take turns to shower with her. When we take baths together, Mai and we will sing many funny songs or play water toys. We enjoy being together all the time. We wish someday we will build a big "On-sen" for Mai and Tatsuharu. A "On-sen" for the Tomois.....:p

2 months old

Time passes so fast that little Hoku is 2 months old now.

He eats, sleeps, cries, and giggles.

From 5 lbs and 10 oz to 13 lbs, he surly grows.

If Kiana is my best friend in my life, then little Hoku is my boyfriend........:p

So many things want to tell my son,

So many thoughts want to share with him,

so many stories want to let him know,

Son, my baby Hoku, my future missionary.........Mommy love you forever and ever.

Home---Sweet Home

Finally, we four gather together today.
The new family member, Haru is happy to be hold by daddy.
Mai is so happy to play with Hiro.
To be able to hug Hiro is such a great thing.
I love my family and I know that family can be together forever.
Home---Sweet Home.

今天終於一家四口團聚了
5個多月的時間好長但也好快
這一年來
我們不停地搬家
從夏威夷到新加坡到台灣再到日本
家裡的人口從3變4
新到的成員終於能夠享受daddy的擁抱
Mai開心地在daddy身邊圍繞
覺得很幸福
我有一個好棒的先生
一對好可愛兒女
不管我們下次會又搬到哪個國家
家庭是永恆的

新横浜ラーメン博物館

這是新横浜ラーメン博物館的樓層圖簡介,當你置身其中時,真的覺得跟這圖畫的相差不遠呢!
很多來日本的台灣觀光客並不會特別安排行程來此一遊,但身為日本人的妻子, 我真的得幫忙推薦一下. 這裡真的是一個適合全家大小悠閒玩樂又可兼享受美食的好地方.
雖然這裡沒有Disney Land來的大, 但是卻會讓人感到舒服而再三流返的Family Weekend Trip.

人氣第1的是No.7 Fukuchan (福拉麵)
這也是Tomoi Family的最愛.
新湯和老湯的融合, 讓整碗拉麵呈現出緊時的口感. 讓不敢嘗試重口味的孩子都會喜歡的好湯頭.
是我們家Mai的最愛. 她能整碗吃完, 還會再跟我們要湯喝呢!

人氣第2的是No.4 Ryushanhai (龍上海本店)
店內的"赤湯辣醬味拉麵"是人氣紅不讓的最高選哲.
對於我這個台灣太太是最佳的選擇. 可以依我自己的喜好來調配辣醬的濃度, 但同時又保留了麵和湯的和諧口感.

人氣第3的是No.8 Komurasaki (濃紫)
我家的日本先生非常喜歡順口的豚骨拉麵, 搭配上一碗精小但又能飽肚的炒飯,是最棒的享受.
附帶一提的是,店內提供大蒜片來搭配拉麵, 是一種對於觀光客新鮮的嘗試吃法.

Shin Yolohama Raumen Museum

Japanese Ramen is famous wordwide. Since Hiroshi is from Japan, he also loves to eat raumen. He took me and Mai went to Shin Yokohama Raumen Museum when I was 5 months pregnant. It's an amamzing place that not only Hiro and I can enjoy all different kinds of yummy raumen, but Mai also finds her way to have fun inside the museum.
